Dear Fellow Rotarians,

We are seeking volunteers to staff a Rotary-sponsored table during Clubs Day at Mount Boucherie Secondary School (MBSS) on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024. The event provides an opportunity to engage with students interested in joining an Interact Club, which is sponsored by our Rotary Club.

Volunteers are needed for one or two hours throughout the day. If you are available to assist, please contact Willie at wfindlater@uniserve.com with the time slots you are able to volunteer.

Event Details:

• Set-up Time: 8:50 AM in the small gym
• Student Rotations: First rotation at 9:50 AM, second rotation at 11:20 AM

Willie will be present to assist with set-up and throughout the day. A schedule will be arranged based on the times you are available to volunteer.
